Application for Membership

Eligibility Requirement:
Holding a position of responsibility in an activity in or related to the copper industry. The Membership Committee shall review applications and determine eligibility.

Membership Application Form can be submitted to us in 3 ways:

1. BY EMAIL:
   Download and fill out the pdf form. Submit it by email. Mail your corresponding Dues Check to the address below.
   
   
2. BY FAX:
   Download and fill out the pdf form. Print out the completed pdf form and fax it to (866) 531-3251. Mail your corresponding Dues Check to the address below.
   
   
3. BY MAIL:
   Download and fill out the pdf form. Print out the completed pdf form and mail it together with your corresponding Dues Check to the address below.
